MC Smitherman

Hello world, I'm MC Smitherman, a graduate of CalArts' BFA Acting program and a professional voice actor and writer based in Los Angeles, CA. So far in my fledgling career I've recorded half a dozen audiobooks, done commercial work, performed VO for a short film, directed actual-play D&D shows, I actively serve as the Research Analyst for the Big Biz Show at Loft 100 Studios, and I've written an action-adventure fantasy novel (which I'm currently querying)! I stay busy, motivated by an overwhelming need to create and guided by the idea that if you're not learning, you're not living. I also play tons of D&D and tabletop games, usually crafting worlds as the Game Master. Maybe I play too much. Ah, who am I kidding? There's no such thing as too much play.
